Also i get anxiety and worry that they will pull out0

If you're happy to complete on either the 24th or the end of the month - just say that.
Then leave the others in the chain to argue about the date.
(It's unlikely that anyone would pull out at this stage, over a difference of 1 week on completion date.)so the start of chain have already signed for house
I guess you mean they've already signed their contract - but contracts haven't been exchanged.
So that's irrelevant. That has no impact on the choice of completion date.0 -
Unless you plan on moving out (and staying elsewhere) you cannot complete until everyone in the chain is ready to do so. As eddddy says, it would be a foolish person who pulled out for the sake of a week or two - starting from scratch again could take them many months. It's not difficult!
'Wander' - to walk or move in a leisurely manner.
'Wonder' - to feel curious.0 -
If it helps, I doubt anyone will pull out due to completion occurring around a week later!0

If they booked a holiday they probably think thats more important, The chain is doomed! lol0

Sorry hope you’re not serious 🥴0

Newbuilds are notorious for delays so I would expect the move to happen after the other people's holiday.
If you have no special reason to move on a certain day just agree to be flexible and let the others fight it out.Decluttering, 20 mins / day Jan 2024 2/20
