If you were to set up a page, not wall, but an information page, where they preset you with a Files section, can each File be named/numbered? and is there a limit to how many Files you can have?.

You can name the files whatever you like before you upload them. I'm not aware of any limit to how many you can upload (have you Googled for an answer?) but if you add lots, you'd probably need to pin some kind of index to the top of your page as they just show in order of upload (newest first).
