B & M friars gate - fine

I've had a letter through the post this morning saying I've over stayed in Friars gate car park in Doncaster, however the letter has come straight from DRP and never received the first letter to appeal due to moving house and not changing address.
Is there anything I can do to appeal. I have no idea how long I was there but we definitely wasn't over the 90minute period.
So stressed!

For a start it's not a fine and secondly there's a dedicated forum for Parking issues that you should post this on.0
