There seems to be a frequently asked questions page for the Cheap Energy Club located here according to at least one MSEer

Can everyone else see that, or does clicking on that link take you to this page instead?

Whilst this second page also has popular questions, it would appear to be a different layout to the first link.

This automatically take me to https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/

whereas https://help.cheapenergyclub.com does seem to exist, taking me again to https://help.cheapenergyclub.com/hc/en-us?

http://www.cheapenergyclub.com appears to be a genuine MSE domain, forewarding me to https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/cheapenergyclub

... but https://www.cheapenergyclub.com doesn't seem to work at present :cool:

I get taken to https://help.cheapenergyclub.com/hc/en-us?_ga=2.233150363.467443400.1556643144-1101217012.1553338652, which is still the Cheap Energy Club FAQ.

Looks like a redirect is in place, not uncommon for larger sites that move parts to a new domain, allows them to redirect people from the old URL and let them update their bookmarks/favourites.

The FAQ goes to the FAQ but all the links in the 3rd post go to the same place as you suggest.

I'm sure you are correct that a redirect is in operation, although the odd MSEer does notr seem to agree which is strange.

The reason this may be important is that the old FAQ page apparently looked like this



whereas the new Help page looks like this



Referring someone to a question/specific location on the old FAQ page is not helpful to MSEers if all they are now seeing is the new Help page.
