BW Legal have blocked my email - where do I stand?

Great forum - newbie info is really helpful thank you.
I've received a letter from BW Legal threatening CCJ if no response within 30 days. I've tried to contact them by email to say that I've sent the client a SAR and require a restriction of data processing - however my email has not been delivered as they blocked it. This is presumably because I work for The RAC and I imagine they've had previous conversations with our legal team.
Email bounce back below:
'could not be delivered. The problem appears to be :
-- Recipient email server rejected the message
Additional information follows :
-- permanent failure for one or more recipients (parking@bwlegal.co.uk:blocked)'
If I can't get hold of BW Legal because they've blocked me, where do I stand with this?
Thanks

You dont stand any where
just wait and see if you get a court claim0 -
Have you tried writing them a letter. I use these mode of communication frequently and can assure you that it works very well. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Why can't you try a different email address?0

I could go down the route of sending a letter of going through another email address. More or a question of whether - if they go through with the court case, does the fact that they've blocked their recommended form of contact help my appeal? Thanks0

One other thought - does your work email/internet policy actually allow you to use your official email address for personal business?0 -

You will not be appealing, you will be defending. (and perhaps counter claiming).
Are they really threatening you with a CCJ? You can only get a CCJ if they take you to court, they win, and you ignore the judge's ruling.
They are obviously trying to scam you so complain to your MP.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, and persistent offenders denied access. Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers.
Until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
I doubt they have blocked your email. Set up a google address for this issue as google is reliable.
Only a judge can issue a CCJ, not a two bit dodgy legal0 -
they've blocked meRecipient email server rejected the messagePRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
