What effect will Bubonic plague have on London house prices?

It’s undeniable that antibiotic resistance is upon us - there’s no question we are moving to a post-antibiotic era.
The last Bubonic plague in London killed over a quarter of residents in a little over a year.
With that sudden drop in population there would definitely be a house price crash that the government and banks would be powerless to prevent.
I’m predicting 30% drops in the better areas, and up to 75% in the heavily populated areas due to increased presence of plague.
It’s only a matter of time. :T

I'm predicating a 100% fall in house prices if a comet crashes into the Earth.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop2

If history is anything to go buy there will be a big fire after that destroys great swathes of property so everything should even itself out.1

But shortly after the Great Fire the AI Singularity will happen (this is definitely going to be the case because the recent invention of self-scanning machines and bots that can beat other bots at chess means that we're on the verge of machine consciousness) and the all-powerful AI will build us as many houses as we want for free.
Or kill us all or plug us into the Matrix, which has the same outcome for house prices.0 -
That’s for the feedback. I’m glad I’m not the only one who realised THE TRUTH here. Media has been ordered by government/ illuminati to not cover this issue in fear it would trigger panic selling.
BTL will he hit the worst. Get out while you can.Legal team on standby0 -
I am more concerned with what happens when the army of the dead march south. I know they would probably be ok with up to 10 of them sharing a two bed maisonette in Luton but local FTBers are going to be priced out (and killed) if we’re not careful.0

Plague will increase prices in London as everyone will want to quarantine themselves, with only one person per property0

The solution is to give tenants more rights.
This applies regardless of what the problem is.0 -

How can that possibly be true?0 -
Because landlords will be dying so fast and BTL houses will be pinging around the probate system so rapidly that tenants will need some kind of protection from having to move out every two days because the new landlord wants to liquidate their inheritance, before they themselves snuff it and bequeathe it to another one.0

A complete coincidence? Very rarely am I proven right so quickly.
