Account for 17 year old

My 17 year old has a Santander Kids account which has £2000 (max for interest payments). She has a HSBC account which is just short of £3000 (max for interest payments). She needs to set up another account for when the HSBC is maxed. I'm having trouble finding a good rate of interest elsewhere for her as some accounts only go up to 17 years (Halifax) and many other kids accounts are Regular Saver accounts - she does have a part time job but is not a 'Regular Saver'. She can't open many adult accounts as you have to be 18, and anyway, the 'regular saver' element comes into play again! KRBS at 2% looks OK, but is that the best? She can lock things away for a year, but no longer than that....and her ISA allowance is already used. Any advice gratefully received!
