Youtube Premium?

After watching a You-Tube Premium Originals free episode and downloading it my PC to watch later i notice i can't download any of the none free Premium content despite being a YP subscriber /member.
I'm assuming as the download software is saying video not available that it has been protected by Youtube from people using Youtube video downloading software to burn it to a disc or save on a computer, apart from free episodes of course.
Anyone heard of this in regards to Premium?

    It just says "Video Unavailable" for episode 3-10 however, episode 1 and 2 download straight away.
    As a subscriber i am able to watch all the episodes on my laptop but can't save em at all.
