Easy access savings account

Hi, I hope you lovely knowledgeable lot can help? I am looking at possibly opening up a savings account so that I can build it up as an emergency fund, but I want to be able to be able to withdraw from easily but has a decent enough interest rate, ideally able to open online but not essential. Any ideas? Thanks Pmo2

I think I'm right that Marcus drops to 1.35% after a year so after that you could consider RCI at 1.42%. Has consistently been in the Top5 accounts without a bonus in the Telegraph since at least last July

Payments back to your account usually arrive on the 2nd day after request so Easy Access rather than Instant. No limits on number of withdrawals.

I'm happy with it but I'm not one of those who aim for the maximum possible rates
