Never heard of them and not even interested in finding out so here comes my stock answer which I have given many times on here :

People who run these types of companies are lying thieves and are best avoided.

Judging by the time of your post, you must have come back early from the MSE/HPC love-fest?

    !!!!!!, who cares?
In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:

For a business that has "Investment projects that exceed $4 billion" I would of thought they would have a more substantial office than a rented room here

If an offer seems to good to be true, it probably is.
    I would avoid.

I thought bank was a protected word in business & to call yourself a bank you had to have permission from the FSA/Treasury
"Mrs. Pench, you've won the car contest, would you like a triumph spitfire or 3000 in cash?" He smiled.
Mrs. Pench took the money. "What will you do with it all? Not that it's any of my business," he giggled.
"I think I'll become an alcoholic," said Betty.

This unique offer is for those who wish to invest their money in real estate, which is currently the most secure and strongest type of investment

Ah yes, the well known and reputable Investment Building Bank of London.

Where clients may purchase a flat for only 7% - 50% of its actual value.

This is definitely not a scam. Now where is my free lunch?

"In 20 years time you rent out your flat for £1200 per month."

    And 20 years ago...Mars Bars cost 9p.
