Incorrect property description on lease

Hi, we are in the process of purchasing a leasehold flat and our solicitor has noticed that the ‘lease of part ‘ document refers to a 3rd floor flat when it is actually a 4th floor flat (the title deeds and other documents are correct). Can anyone tell me how we go about changing this and should we insist that it is corrected before completion? Any help gratefully received. Thanks

Are you counting ground first second third fourth?
Is it definiately the right lease of part for the property?
Seems odd its only come to light now unless its a new build?0 -
What's on the lower floors?
Could it be the third floor of flats, which is the fourth of the building? Could the lower floors have been reorganised at some point in the past to add a level?0 -
Has anybody checked whether it's consistent with how the other flats are described e.g. if the flat below yours is also described as 3rd floor then there is more of a problem.0
