    You only have 3 exhibits, yet the abuse of process argument calls for 4 exhibits (DJ Taylor or DJ Grand's judgment, the POFA Sch4, the CRA Sch2, and the Beavis quotes x 3) which is why I linked them for everyone, in the Abuse of Process thread post #14 where the most up to date recommended wording is.

    Also attach CrystalTips' Warwick judgment because DDJ Joseph says it like it is!

    Ah yes I had them all attached, but didnt reference them. I have done so now. Thank you.
    Going to send this off today. Will it be sufficient to sent a physical copy to the court and then just an email to VCS?

    Best to send/deliver to the court and e-mail to VCS if they allow service by e-mail. If you send, get a free certificate of posting from the PO counter.
