  • Sorry been away for a few days and just seen the replies. I`m not after compensation and if sainsburys sent me a voucher I`d give it to charity or rip it up. I`t will cost them anyway as I won`t ever shop there again neither will family and friends, so its their loss. I just hope it doesn`t happen again but it would appear that this is how they do "business" I will pursue it and let you know the outcome but I don`t think they could care, just another punter to them.

    You are right, they will not really care like all the other customers who have complants about supermarkets.

    I'm sure you will get an apology, maybe written. Beyond that though, are you looking for anything else since it's not a matter of compensation?
