Sorry been away for a few days and just seen the replies. I`m not after compensation and if sainsburys sent me a voucher I`d give it to charity or rip it up. I`t will cost them anyway as I won`t ever shop there again neither will family and friends, so its their loss. I just hope it doesn`t happen again but it would appear that this is how they do "business" I will pursue it and let you know the outcome but I don`t think they could care, just another punter to them.

You are right, they will not really care like all the other customers who have complants about supermarkets.
