Hands Free (Parrott)

Hi,

I have a Parrott CK3100, just changed my phone, now the hands free is not picking up my phone (Sony Xperia)

On my phone, under bluetooth (connected) it's showing "Parrot" but the handsfree kit is not showing my phone, although it does show my previous phone

I've tried doing a hard reset on the Parrott (pressing all 3 icons together) but that doesn't seem to work, i.e. not giving me an option to reset.

Parrott > Settings > pair phone - Sony Xperia not showing

Parrott > Settings > advanced setting > pair phone - Sony Xperia not showing

Any suggestions?

Have you entered the the pin code on your phone 0000 to pair the parrot?

To reset you have to press the 3 buttons twice?

Yes, I've tried 0000 & 1234, neither work "on the phone" says I've entered an incorrect pin

I've tried that, screen goes blank "grey in colour" but then nothing happens

Code is 1234 for that according to Parrot

I would delete the parrot from your phone if its listed as remembered devices and try again.
I have the MKI 9100 and find as phones move on it gets more flaky with connecting.
