Problems signing up online with Metro Bank

Has anyone else tried to open a savings account with Metro Bank recently? I get taken through 3 screens, giving the usual info - DoB, full name etc., and it all goes fine; at the end of the screen in which I give my residential address, pressing the 'Continue' button does nothing. So I can't sign up with them. I gave them 'feedback' yesterday about the problem, but it's still there today. I'm using Windows 10 on a laptop and Google Chrome.

Anyone else found themselves unable to sign up with them?
