I have looked at the forum but can't find this scenario so would appreciate some input from the experts.
I have received 2 request for payments from Trace but I never received the charge from Country Wide Parking Management in the first place and in truth I am unaware what the charge refers to.

Common thing i'm afraid the cynical might say it's a way of saving costs and giving a debt crawler an income straight to the big numbers.
IPC operator anything goes!0 -
Send Country Wide Parking Management a SAR (see the linked example in the second post of the NEWBIES thread) and that should show you their first letter.
Maybe you never updated your DVLA data for the car's registration if you moved? We don't mean the driving licence address which is not the same thing.
If you haven't moved then at least the SAR will give you all the photos & letter in case they later try a stupid (and likely doomed) court claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
