Deed of Easement - Not signed by all parties ?

So we recently had a Deed oo Easement written up so we have access to some bin storage in another development next door...all went well apparently but recently we asked for a copy of the Deeds from the solicitor and he has suppled us with one copy where all the grantees have signed only....so we went back and said what about the Grantors signature? so they sent us another copy where only the Grantor has signed the Deed....the question I have is...is this legally binding as there doesn't appear to be a signed Deed where all parties have signed it only two separate Deed copies where each party has signed their own copy.
If this is legally binding then which copy would be sent to HM Land Registry?

Not uncommon for deeds to be signed in counterpart i.e. everybody signs a duplicate of the same deed.
Has it been registered? If so then obviously the LR is happy with it.0 -

Awesome great to know thanks, yes all the Titles have been registered with Land registry.
In the titles it says Copy Deed Filed
I take it the solicitor must have posted both signed Deeds to the Land Registry and HM Land Registry then agree everyone has signed despite the fact it's split across two documents ?0
