Experian and address history

Hello,

I did not have any bills in my name for 2-3 years and spent 1 year in hospital, but did not use the hospital as my address. It is quite likely that Experian holds an inaccurate address history for me which I have been unable to guess.

This confusion over my official address history means I have been unable to access my credit report or the MSE Credit Club.

Does anyone have suggestions for how to resolve this please?

Surely they'd only have your last known address?
  • The first two addresses are required; providing six years of address history is optional but improves your chances of being verified by Experian and therefore having access to MSE Credit Club.

I've haven't been verified because there's a good chance the address history they have for me is incorrect.
