Although I'm not joining the challenge this month (already 2/3rds through the month when I came across the challenge by accident today:o) I'll kind of do a few things alongside you people and set things up for next month.
I bought a once-in-a-blue-moon lottery ticket last week and won £30, so that's £28 more than I had before:j. Don't want to get into the habit of buying them regularly though as I used to spend far too much on them in the distant past and never won a bean:mad:
Several survey sites slowly crawling to pay-out level so maybe next month when I join the challenge properly I might have something to declare.
Good luck everyone for the rest of May:beer:0 -

Thanks for the welcome, Kantankrus Mare:). Love your username by the way:rotfl:
I'm impressed by your 'miles' walked in your sig:eek:. Is this day to day walking about or actual miles such as on hikes etc? How do you record them and keep tabs? I walk a lot and am interested how much it all adds up to but don't have a Fitbit or anything like that. Can't afford one at the moment but who knows if I do well on this challenge? Could be just the motivation I need:j0 -

I have about a months worth of steps to add to that figure. Its my steps during the normal course of everyday life. I work in a busy cafe/restaurant so am on my feet quite a bit and also try to get to the gym 3 days a week doing step classes, yoga and stretch and tone.
Feeling a bit crap though so not many steps will be added today. I track my steps with a fitbit and we regularly have fit bit challenges with friends and it really spurs you on. I hate being bottom!
Hope the challenge enables you to get your own fitbit. Gives you something to aim for.
Oh and I'm not really cantankerous. just love the wordMake £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -
