Automatic renewals (tastecard)

Hello!
I got a surprise email this morning that my tastecard had been automatically renewed which I'm really annoyed about. I completely forgot I had a tastecard I rarely use it (in fact it's gone to my old address as I never updated the address). I received no email from them to say renewal was due, if I had I would have realised I had a card and cancelled it.
I've checked their t&c's which state: "Your 14-day cooling off period starts the day after you agree to go ahead with the service, this does not apply to subsequent renewals"
Is this something I can dispute? No where on the website is there a section for my card details, they just took the payment (I thought companies could no longer do this like car insurance?(
Thank you!

You can dispute it, but you don't have any grounds to do so, so you're relying on goodwill.0

That's what I was worried about! I might see if I can dispute it through my credit card

You would have no grounds for your credit card to issue a chargeback... just going to create a lot of unnecessary work for yourself and ruin any goodwill you may have with tastecard.
Just go to them and ask politely, you may be surprised - however their goodwill is they only viable way of getting your money back.0
