I'm worried an estate agent isn't passing on offers I am making on a property. I initially viewed with another agent and their reaction when I requested a viewing was concern that I'd already viewed through another agent. The property has been on the market for months. I offered asking price, then went back with an offer…

You say that the second agent is also selling your property - that means they know how much you will have with which to buy the one you are interested in, which is also with the agents selling your property.

Have you tried approaching the vendor directly and putting your original offer to them and negotiating with vendor instead of agent?
