Spray Foam

Made a first time buyer rookie error but it is what it is.
The dwellings has spray foam insulation in the loft. It looks like it is sprayed directly onto the back of the tiles. I have a couple of slipped tiles on the roof that i think let in water during the rainy weather last week.
Can the tiles be replaced without the need for a re-roof or further damage? I've had three people out to look at it. One, who had done a friend's roof has said there are risks to it and he wouldn't take on the job... Advised to get it re-roofed in time rather than repair it as if a tile is broken trying to repair the work just gets more and more involved.
Two others have said it's not a problem and an easy fix. The internet tells me i'm stupid for buying the house.
Any experience or thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

Shouldn't be too hard. To replace usually means shifting the surrounding tiles. If they are stuck with foam then it will have to be cut from inside the loft in that area.
The other issue with foam is that it can get block the drainage routes of the tiles.0 -

It also smothers the timbers and traps moisture leading to premature rotting. The only people that recommend spray foam are the installers.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0 -
Should be possible to replace the tiles, will have to break the foam insulation. Is the roof overall in a good condition?0

I think so. Although i have no experience with this so the foam might be holding the roof together.0
