Hi,
I have a PPI claim with Nemo loans who don't exist now.
A letter from the fscs states they need more information to forward the claim.
I only have the settlement letter and nothing else,
they want proof of payments which may prove difficult as it goes back some years.
Documentation is non existent.
Any advice please guys
