Hello
I would like to know what should and can I do when the managemet company increased the building insurance for my flat by ~ 210% (from £89 to £221).
When I asked the reason for increase I been told brookers got the rebuilding cost incorrect (for the past 4 years) all these days and now it has be reificed hence the hike in the premium. Can this be true? how do I challenge this?
Thanks.
Regards,
Tham

You ask to see the insurance company's documentation. If the costs have been passed on correctly, you cannot challenge it.0

Maybe sell up and find somewhere else to live.0
