What on earth happened to my paypal payment??

I won an item on the 23rd and paid on the 24 th of May and today got a garbled email bout my payment only just showing up!!!! EH !!!!! Paypal shows it was completed on the 24th (i thoought initially they had sent an echeque again!!!).

I have looked on recent feedback and items same as mine have been recieved that were bought AFTER mine

What do you think? Are they trying to pull the wool over my eyes??? Ideas???

Some people are reporting problems with paypal, however, the seller should have kept an eye on his account and noticed your payment even if he didn't get the official notification.

Email the seller, ask why the payment shows quite clearly as having been made on the 24th and yet they didn't pick it up until now.

Did you pay by echeque through paypal?

I had a buyer pay me this way recently, it was pending for about a week and all looked ok I sent the book anyway and now I've been notified that it hasn't cleared, have emailed buyer to resend payment, still waiting..... wont send until it's cleared next time!

No it wasn't an echeque ...the whole thing went through on the 24th....I shall def write an email ans ask why the delay...however its a power seller so dont thing I wll hold my breath waiting for a reply!!!
