I have stopped buying magazines altogether now (although I wish I could get OH to do the same). I now just get the free ones from the supermarkets etc.

John Lewis/Waitrose have quite a decent one called Source and I have discovered that, if you go into a lot of the estate agents, you can pick up a copy of Warwickshire Life (or your local version) too. Not something I would normally buy but I'm happy to have a browse through for nothing. Some of the estate agents also have another glossy mag which is mainly advertising but it's free so who cares?!
  • Mine has to be M&S food hall; I go there to buy a pint of milk and end up coming out with a bagful of yummy goodies and £10 lighter. Just can't resist it, especially when they pile up the six packs of walnut whips right by the till!:j

Good coffee beans and my riding lesson every week. £20 a week's quite a big expense for me, but it's the high point of my week, so I'm cutting back on the grocery bills and trying to budget more so I can afford it!
    2015 comp wins - £370.25
Recent wins: gym class, baby stuff
Thanks to everyone who posts freebies and comps! :j

my guilty pleasure at the moment is eating golden nuggets in the evening. Why? because we have told ds1 (with whom I am 'sharing' them), that he can only have them at weekends because they are bad for his teeth........!
I want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?
