Harveys Cancellation policy when purchase by Finance

Hi All
We purchased a 3+2 Recliner Sofa along with Dinning Table + chairs from Harvey around 5days back.
I paid down payment of £200 and order is created by Finance (Creations).
Unfortunately our circumstances has changed and we tried to Cancel the order by calling Customer Care and Store.
They were telling us if we cancel order, we will loose our deposit as we ordered through finance.
Is it True?
Please suggest.

What does your contract say about cancellations?0

It's normal to lose the deposit. It's not related to the payment method though.
