LAND REGISTRY - Removing a Restriction

I’m currently remortgaging and moving from a normal mortgage to a Buy to Let .... the legal company have noted there is a restriction on my title deeds in respect of my parents (they originally lent me a considerable sum towards the purchase of my property, which has since been repaid). The legal company have said this restriction needs to be removed before the remortgage can go through ... please can anyone advise how this is done and if I need a solicitor to do this?
My parents will happily testify that they no longer have any interest in my property.

Thank you .... I had seen this form online when googling, but was considerably confused by it! Is it my parents that would fill in this form as they hold the restriction?0 -

Even if you fill it in you are going to have to have your parents sign that they agree !
It doesn't look that complicated to me but if you are finding it so, get your solicitor to tell you who signs what.0
