Hi everybody,
I had a quote for some work needed in my bathroom - sounds quite steep to me, but don't really know. Any advice would be appreciated. I'm in Norwich btw:
I have worked through the details of the work required and have come to a total of £700.
I will list below what is and is not included.
Included
Remove floor boards to access soil pipe
Repair damaged/leaking soil pipe
Clear any blockage in the pipe
Relay floor boards
Supply all pipe and fittings required to carry out repair
Supply any new floor boards if Required
Not Included
Removal of any waste
Relay vinyl floor in bathroom

A days work, even for 2 plumbers £400, £50 materials - just a guess. So yes expensive.Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.0
