I have until the 9th of May,
with regards to my comment about the disabilities I have, I can assure you I have not used it as an “excuse” My point is that my post office is a couple of miles away, I am not able to drive, so it’s not as simple as me sticking it in a bag, writing an address label and skipping over to the post office! It’s the logistics!
I will have to arrange transport and what not!
And you have until 9th of May to do that.
If you don't, you won't be able to reopen the case or get your money back via Paypal. You will be stuck with the item.
Are you cutting off your nose.....0 -

My postman is very accommodating, he collects any post we have and takes it to the depot for us
You can print postage yourself0 -
PayPal are just a payment processor, so your rights are nothing to do with them. The fact they offer a dispute platform at all is more than they need to do legally.
With regards to the parcel, have it collected by MyHermes or similar from your doorstep - cheap, will do the job and no going miles out your way0 -

You tell me, am I cutting off my own nose if I keep it and resell it and don’t lose a penny?? Is that cutting off my own nose? I don’t believe so. I guess it comes down to perspective.
However, I do not want to end up with a black mark on my record with PayPal.0 -

In that case there's your solution, keep item and re sell it, let the dispute with paypal time out in seller's favour and put this behind you.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
