So what grounds are you going to them on?

Lloyds have recently came back and said they hadn't credit searched at all when they offered the lower card (which completely contradicts their previous message that I couldn't have the platinum card due to my credit score!!!).

Luckily I kept printscreens and have sent them in so am awaiting an "internal review". But yes, I do think running to the FOS is the right choice when lenders aren't being fair with customers....

For anyone that's seen it, Skybet's "Hasta La Vista Asterisk" adverts come to mind when I think of "pre-approval"!!

Whenever I have swapped cards with Lloyds or applied for a new one with them I have never had a hard search carried out. I know my internal score with them is 1 which is good. Also they do get monthly feeds from CRA's. However you probably know that.
