3 years parking paid by the seller wont help your tenants in 5 years time.
If your buying buy for you. Sounds like you like the flat amd it appeals to you. If I rented I wouldnt be prepared to pay £800 to park.0

Hi I am looking to purchase a flat in Welwyn Garden City Centre, it has no allocated parking with the flat but there is parking outside the property (free after 6pm) which is fine for me due to work. There is also a car park 2mins walk where you can get season pass for £800 which allows 24/7 parking. The location of the property is bang in the centre and 2min walk to station which goes direct to St Pancreas within 20 mins. Do you think this would be good purchase/ investment? I am looking to live at the property for 5 years and then rent it out or sell it..
Is that for a trip to the Islets of Langerhans? 0 0

The seller has thrown in three years parking as a sweetener. If you don't need the parking knock it off the offer price. It does tell you that selling something with parking is a lot easier than without.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I find the teachings of St Pancreas quite hard to digest, but I love the vagueness of a plaque in my local town, which reads: "St Boniface was born near here." :rotfl:AnotherJoe wrote: »Is that for a trip to the Islets of Langerhans? 0 0
