Debts not showing on credit report

Hi, I posted this in the debt free wannabe section but haven’t had a response yet so thought I’d try here

A few years ago my life was pretty unstable, I’d take out contracts every few months then forget about them and take out new ones. Think I got a CCJ from an unpaid fine, plus I’m not sure if I was ever liable for water rates/council tax anywhere that I’ve lived. My credit score is very low but nothing shows up on my credit report when I check it, so I don’t really understand how to find out what I owe and how to repair my credit? I’d be grateful if anyone could please shed some light on how it all works, thank you

Ignore the scores, just look at the data.

I have done yes, one of them showed some outstanding utility bills which I’ve now paid off but there should be a lot more outstanding debts on there as I only got things on track around 2 years ago, after 3 years of not managing my finances properly at all
