TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Mexico Jul/Aug 19 prize draw • Entrants to this prize draw must be aged 18 or over and a resident in the UK.
• Purchase is not necessary.
• Employees and the immediate families of Boots UK Limited, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not entitled to enter.
• The prize draw is not open to employees of Palladium Hotel Group and its associated agencies.
• This prize draw closes at midnight on 27 August 2019.
• An independent person, selected by Boots, will randomly select the winner after 27 August 2019, from all valid entries.
• This prize draw is free to enter. Only one entry per person and per email address.
• Responsibility will not be accepted for the loss, delay or corruption of any data in transit, or in the incomplete nature of any entries to the prize draw.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
• The prize includes:
- Return flights in economy class from London to Canc!n (subject to availability).

• The winner and their guests are responsible for additional costs, which include, but are not limited to:
- Environmental tax – $1.23 per person per day
- Zentropia Wellness Spa – $85 per person per day
- Private lessons at Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre – $90 per person (60-minute session)
• The value of the prize is the equivalent of £2,800 (not including flights) and is correct at the time of going to press.
• Once dates are confirmed, an administration fee will be charged for any further changes made. This will vary, in accordance with the airline.
• The prize is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable, and is subject to Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa’s normal terms and conditions.
• Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa reserves the right to relocate winners from the stated resort to an alternative resort if rooms become unavailable for the travel dates requested.
• The winner must be over 18.
• One entry per household.
• The winner and their companions are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport to travel and any necessary visa.
• The winner will be notified by 27 September 2019. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone. This must be acknowledged by the winner, by email, within 72 hours. Failure to respond to this email means an alternative winner will be selected from all valid entries received.
• Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agreed to be bound by them.
• Boots will collect the personal data you have provided for the purposes of the prize draw only. Your personal data will be stored for up to 12 months unless we are required to hold it for longer for legal reasons. We may also share your personal data across Boots services and with carefully selected companies that provide services on our behalf such as awarding a giveaway prize, but we assure you that Boots will never sell your personal data, and keeping it safe is our top priority.
