Hi,
My fianc! works in Spain and I was wondering what is the best way for her to get her wage? Is it better to be pain into a Spanish account and then transfer all the savings into her English account at the end of the 6 month contract or is it better to split the wage and put the savings into her English account month by month?

A lot will depend on where she intends to spend her money, and when. For transfers from Spain to the UK, nobody can tell you what the exchange rate will be tomorrow, never mind in 6 months time. She'll have to decide herself what she thinks is best for her.
Brexit adds another layer of uncertainty to it because nobody knows whether and how money transfers between EU27 and the UK will work as and if the UK leaves the EU.0
