With BW Legal now having informed me that their client has decided to take me to court over an overstay here, it is useful for me to see such a persuasive case being made.0 -
I'm really pleased you found it useful Mahershalalhashbaz and good luck fighting this at your stage. Would seem very foolish of them to take this to court when they clearly can't produce evidence of LOA.0
