I am back to asking for guesswork from people again!
All our searches are back and there is just some enquiries on there that look standard things.
We received the Transfer Deed in the post for our sale of this house in the post.
Chain is
- Our vendors searches are back now too and our buyer.
Our vendor is the end of the chain. The property she is moving to is ready for her also.
Is it crazy to think a May move date

Speak to the Estate Agent. They are best placed to find out the exact position of everybody within the chain. Personal preference may come into play such as getting time off work. Not just a question of filling in forms.0

I dont really understand what you mean about personal preference time off work etc0 -

They may only be able to take time of work in June and want to hold off until then?

I mean at the moment they say they want to move ASAP but i know this can change etc. So long as the Exchange conversation is pretty soon i dont mind.
