Mil Collections vs. Wilkie (Counterclaim)

Options
I've noticed that tomorrow (Monday 29th April 2019) at Bristol County Court, there is a counterclaim case (E4QZ7Y3X) of "Mil Collections vs. Wilkie".

I recall from the Parking Prankster Blog posts that someone called "John Wilkie" is quite well known in the parking world, as someone who has in the past assisted people at court with their claims (Truro-based debt recovery company MIL Collections Ltd defeated over 'unreasonable' pursuit of BBC reporter David George over parking penalty) but also as someone who owns / works for a Private Parking Appeals site which spends a lot of time denouncing reviews on Trust Pilot.

I wonder if it's the same Wilkie, and what the Counterclaim outcome will be.

(snipped the rest as no-one needs that).

How do you know from Courtserve that this is a Counter Claim, then?

Courtserve says 'SC' (small claim) so are you psychic or maybe wanting an audience?
I hear someone turned up to watch a certain case at Bristol once before.

I saw the listings from Parking Cowboys: Daily Court Listings which lists it as a counterclaim.

    But whose counterclaim is it?

From Parking Cowboys Court Case Daily Listings:
Bristol E4QZ7Y3X Counterclaim Wilkie v mil collections ltd

    From opening post:
there is a counterclaim case (E4QZ7Y3X) of "Mil Collections vs. Wilkie".

I had simply assumed it was Wilkie counter suing Mil Collections, as all the other claims list the parking company name in its own "PPC" cell, but it could be the other way around. It might not even be the same John Wilkie. I just happened to see it on the page and thought I recognised the Wilkie / Mil combination from the Parking Prankster Blog.
