Ideal World - My ideal Rewards scamming the old and the vunerable

Just a warning . . . my mother purchased some items from a TV channel . . . Ideal World.



Gave her card details to purchase the items . . . received the items . . and was quite satisfied. Then had a cold call a week later. From "Ideal Rewards" would she like to sign up for a rewards scheme.


Gave no card information over the cold call but then she was stung for £70.00


No mention of these charges in the cold call . . .


Preying on the old and the vunerable . . .

Not a fan of this company at all. Sure they can have some good deals but the fact they do not combine postage costs if you order more than one item is silly. All items posted and arrive together in one package but each item incurs its own postage fee.
