    Been swimming with DD3. Tidied up. Feel pleased with myself as I have not felt ill all day (after a full week of feeling ill).

    Got a DVD to watch tonight, perfect stranger with Bruce Willis, hopefully I will stay awake. Tomorrow I have a VAT return to do for BIL, set of accounts to do for SIL, and I really have to start revising for two exams in December.

    Keren, what are you thinking of starting your business in... Is it cooking thingy. If it is I may have a job for you!!!!!

    ooh, blimey sammy you've got me curious now!!! I'd love to do something to do with food, but what, I don't really know. I haven't got enough money to open a restaurant and Ihaven't the qualifications or experience to be a chef. I thought about hand made chocolates or hand made dips and fresh sauces but I looked into the ins and outs of doing it from home and it is a bit of a nightmare Environmental Health wise.

    I'm not sure I'd be up to it, it's a hobby/passion rather than me having any real background (apart from when I did Masterchef), I did think about starting off by seeing if I could get a job in a school or something similar just to get some experience. I've done my hygiene certificate so at least I've got that to use.

    I have a friend who is a chef with Newport council. I can ask her how she got into it if you wish?
