Trouble with a "secure cloud service" is how do you make people aware of its existence and the logon details.

A hard copy seems like a better plan as longa s its kept up to date. No reason you also couldn't copy the age UK format in say a google docs document and give nearest and dearest the details. Or do the same with a spreadsheet. cant see you wouls need VBA and pivots for what is in essence a simple list or table.

the Lifebook is an interesting hard copy alternative, but shame it's targeted at older demographics. I think this sort of task should be the norm as soon as you have dependants (Spouse/children), which is my driving motivation.

oh well, back to the vba and pivots...

I Have ordered the lifebook sounded like just the thing I need. Although I am in my 70s I was not asked for my age,so if you want one I would just follow the link and order one. They even asked me how many I wanted so I asked for 2 got one for my neighbour
