                    Hi all
Having saved £300 myself by asking everyone's advice on here, I'd like some help with a NTK my mother-in-law has just received. If it was me, I would appeal, claiming that I was not the driver and will not be disclosing who the driver is and go through the motions if/as necessary. Looking at past VCS cases, though, it seems that they take the keeper to court regardless as they're not part of the BPA and I think she would rather take the £60 hit to avoid the hassle. Unless we can be confident that it won't get to that point...? :undecided
Here is the NTK (no physical ticket applied at time of parking):

Amy help would be greatly appreciated! TIA

There cannot possibly be a guarantee that any PPC will not pursue a case right through to court action.
Remember, even with PPCs that do not currently take cases to court, they have up to six years to work out how to do so and revise their practices.

Clearer images would help. I can't read the text to see if the NTK is or isn't PoFA compliant, and some of the wording is missing.
Have you compared the NTK with the POFA yourself to see if it is PoFA compliant?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

These should be a bit clearer & anonymous:

It doesn't mention POFA but I think it does satisfy the criteria of schedule 4?0 -

But if she's going to pay rather than face court, why not consider the 3rd option, she names the driver and that (more robust) person fights it?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Despite no pictures remaining in your Google Photos album, a name still shows.

Thanks, looking now. Interesting idea to get...the driver to fight it instead :money:0
