Hi, hope someone can help
Had an evans/santander store card which started 1990, closed about 2007 or 2008. Made a claim in 2012 which was rejected. I had sick pay through my work but they said I could have cancelled the PPI and sent out updated terms in 1998 and 2003 as well.
Now had a letter from them again saying I can claim back commission. Have went on their website and the resolver thing through this site but both ask for reason I'm claiming. I don't understand what to put here as surely if I put the same thing, they're going to reject it again??

Why are you trying to complicate things by using resolver?
