Help To Buy

My daughter is thinking of buying a flat through this scheme in London on just her income.
Has anyone been through this themselves and can offer up any pros and cons of the scheme?
For instance, if she gets posted abroad through her work for a year, I was told that you can't sublet a Help to Buy property. Is this correct?

Thanks
Rebecca
