return of bank charges

I recently wrote to my bank over some excessive charges they imposed for month of October. They have responded with a letter stating that they are content that I keep my account in good order and so are refunding the amount for October and also November as a good will gesture. My concern is that in order for me to get the refund they want me to sign a form stating 'I accept the sum of...in full and final settlement of our claim against the bank' . i think that if I sign this form that what they are saying is that I will not be able to claim any further refunds in future. i have received refunds of charges before and never had to complete a form like this. does anyone have any advice on what I should do? are the banks covering there backs in case they are not successful in the high court??

    If the wording is exactly as you've quoted it, this suggests to me, it's in respect of this claim only.
