Coach hire

I need to move around 30 people between two suburban London locations on a Monday afternoon.
Looking for the most cost effective way of doing it, the journey time is between 15 and 30 mins depending upon traffic.
Most coach hire quotes are £400 plus, I found one for £300.
Just seems too much for such a short journey!
A six seater cab from uber is £24 maximum. I know I can’t mass order 5/6 Uber’s but at their prices I can move everyone for £150.
I’m happy to spend £200 for the journey, but I cannot find any options other than recruiting a fleet of six seater cabs, or paying £300+ for a large vehicle to carry everyone.
Appreciate any thoughts or suggestions on what to do

Have you tried local airport transfer companies, they usually have minibus fleets0

You may have had a good experience with them (or possibly work for them) but I doubt that a Leicester company can offer a competitive quote for a 15 minute journey in London.
OP, are there public transport options? Try putting your starting point and destination in here
https://tfl.gov.uk/plan-a-journey/
and see what they suggest.
😂. Quite!
But not looking at public transport as it’s for a wedding and will ultimately spend whatever I need to to achieve the transfer. I’d just rather avoid having my pants pulled down over 30 mins of work.0 -

This is a good idea!!!! Two or three mini buses be perfect.
I think a proper coach is probably £300/400 minimum no matter how short the journey so this may be the best alternative solution0 -
Apologies, I did not notice that you required coach hire for 15 minutes long journey and agree with you even they would not put their pant down for 15 minutes journey as they located far away from London.0
