There isn't an annual review by default. DWP will review periodically depending on the original award decision. The letter extract you have quoted suggests that the assessment was triggered by something you said.
The letter I have quoted is the letter you have just received. What did the letter prior to that say and when was it dated? When was the date of you assessment?Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -

You have 1 month from the date of the decision to request the MR, which you should put in writing. You need to state where you think you should have scored those points and your reasons why. Send any relevant evidence with the letter of request.
I'd advise you to contact a local advice agency near you who will help you with the letter of request and Tribunal, if it gets that far and most do.0 -

And you said that, prior to the latest letter, you have already had a letter since then saying that you award was continuing. Can you please provide further details of that letter.

Yes, that's my thoughts exactly. If it was a review it would have said something like this "i wanted to look your your PIP award" it won't say " you asked us to look at your award "The letter extract you have quoted suggests that the assessment was triggered by something you said.0 -
I agree with Calcotti & Poppy. The letter you quoted suggests* that on 30th Nov 2018 you told the DWP that your condition had changed.
As a result DWP decided to reassess you (you think sometime in Feb).
The DWP decision maker decided on the basis of that assessment that you were no longer eligible for a PIP award.
So,
If you think this decision is wrong:
1) - Complete a mandatory reconsideration (to be with the DWP by 16 May) asking them to look at their decision again,

3) As suggested, see if your local advice agency / CAB can help with your appeal.

* because you haven't answered the questions I asked @post 10, we still don't have a clear timeline of events. It would have been helpful to know the history of your PIP claim and where the "letter after the assessment saying that I would have an ongoing award" fits into this. Hence my use of the word "suggests".
If you do seek advice from CAB / advice agency be sure to take all letters in, and supply them with a clear timeline / chronology and details of your PIP claim history. Yes I had a decision on this claim and they have changed their mind because there's no reason to say why on the letter.
Are you sure you had a decision letter, or was it just a letter saying the rates of the year? They can look similar.
Also, did you ask them to look at your clam again, or was you just sent a reassessment? It says you asked them to look at your award instead of the usual statement following a renewal/reassessment.0 -
