Can’t See ‘Missed’ Payments

Hi all,
I’ve recently decided to keep a closer eye on my credit report and score as I’ll be applying for a new mortgage in the next few months.
When checking on the MSE credit club, I get two orange faces, one next to missed payments and one for account stability. The annoying thing is, I can’t see anywhere on the site where I can find what the missed payment might be. This appeared a couple of months ago out of nowhere, and I’m certain I haven’t missed any payments in about 10 years.
Can anyone help where this info might be buried? Apologies if it’s obvious, but I just can’t see it.

Hi,
- Choose the "Credit Report" tab to navigate to your credit report.
- Select "Expand All" to view all credit account data
- Use the scroll wheel to navigate to each account in turn and then scroll through the monthly data for each account.

Thanks for the help! It turns out that my credit report says I missed a credit card payment three months ago - that’s definitely not true, as I pay my balance off in full at the end of each month. Now I know where it comes from I’ll get that corrected.0
