That sounds suspiciously like you’re asking for stronger complaint points that are likely to have your rejection overturned even though they don’t apply to you.helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -
I am asking for some advice help, as I believe my case is strong, I was buying some goods in the department stores and when I got through to the tills I was asked if I wanted to receive a further 10 or 15 percent off my purchases of course I said that would be nice so I was asked in order to receive this I need to apply for there store card, why not seems simple enough, in my refiusal letter it says I filled in the relevant forms and ticked and signed for this ppi thing, I did not fill them in as the shop assistant did it for me there was no mention of ppi or anything like it just sign and we will give you your discount and get your card sent to you etc etc. They said I would have purchased it anyway, rubbish Why on earth would anyone buy something you are not aware of!, if I was informed at the time of sale about and given the chance to look over the t&c etc I could have told them that it has no use to me as I would have fallen under there exclusions been registered disabled with pre medical conditions, this is why I am here to seek help with this as like I say I think under the fos FCS etc guide lines to miss sold ppi I think my case is strong enough and they are trying to get away with paying me which would a good few thousand according to my calculations, so please if there is anyone who can give me some sound advice help etc it would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance skid0

It doesn't look like any refund will be forthcoming.

Ok please can you explain why as you are all quick to say my case is either weak or whatever, if you know so much please explain why much appreciated thanks in advance skid0

The 'not knowing you had it' argument is weak because it's unprovable and you would also have seen it on all your statements.
Re your disability - if this meant you were not working, then that's a valid complaint. If not, it has no bearing.
Regardless, your next step is FOS if you disagree with their decision.0 -
So there word against mine means they win on that which is not fair, as for disability and pre medical conditions It clearly states I would be excluded from been able to make a claim, so that is still miss sold0

Also the hand writing is not mine which is provable0

Of course it's fair. You're the one making the allegation of wrong doing. You can't just do that without proof and expect to be taken seriously. That would hardly be fair, would it?
If your policy excludes you on your disability grounds, then you can expect FOS to find in your favour.0 -

As has already been said, refer your case to the Ombudsman if you believe your complaint has been wrongly rejected.0
