The warranty is clearly pointing to B2B transactions and not aimed at consumers.
You are stuck with them. Consumers get the law of statutory rights which basically holds their hand and guides them through.
Businesses need to read the warranties and understand them where consumers don't.
You would still have had The Sale of Goods act to fall back on, contract law still applies to the purchase but as you didn't purchase it you have no rights even if you thought you could make a case.0 -
